Far from an error, our brand identity naming strategy shows our attention to detail. Like any great origin story of design studio names, intentional design matters.

A North Dakota native, Kaspari’s passion for creating spaces goes beyond functionality; it’s about enriching lives and fostering connections. With a background that spans the northern, southern, and eastern borders of the United States, she brings a diverse range of experiences to our firm.

We are thrilled to welcome her to the team!

Mariam Ghaly joins as our Project Manager to coordinate complex initiatives, align stakeholders, and keep projects on time and on budget. She’ll drive clear communication, remove roadblocks, and serve as the central hub for teams and clients. She has proven success launching a mobile app.

In addition, she brings a flexible, adaptive approach, and a PMP certification. Because of this, she’s equipped to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes. Expect smoother execution, faster feedback loops, and stronger collaboration. Therefore, please help welcome her and connect directly.

We are excited to announce that after a relatively quiet online presence last year considering how busy we were with the expansion of our business, we’ll be staying more active and up-to-date with our online news, latest projects and much more.

You can expect to see more regular postings about what we’re working on, highlight some of our new talent that joined our team and the services we’re offering from new home designs to commercial offices, dormitories and retail space.

While this year has seen its share of busy times and delayed productivity with an increase in workload, and a change in operational workflows, we’re excited to say we have settled in with some new talent. Additionally, we have continued to innovate our collaboration tools and more. We did this with a fresh outlook.

8TFive Studio managed to complete several commercial project types and a few new home designs. We also handled our usual renovations and additions we love to help clients through improving their homes.

Well, 2017 was an exciting year for us here at 8TFive Studio!

​Lots of things changing, lots of new projects coming our way, and, unfortunately, with all of these changes we haven’t had much time to post many updates this past year.

But fear not! 2018 will bring with it plenty of updates long the way.
