Every firm has its fair share of software subscriptions but we’ll highlight the major ones we utilize and for what. For the most part we remain on an innovative path for recent releases of our primary production tools like Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Its all about Quality and Efficiency
One aspect that sets our Services above the competition is our commitment utilizing technology.
Understanding that being stuck in the same program to provide the same services simply because you are more proficient at it … is simply not expanding the quality of your services.
We stay on the latest releases for our software packages. Always testing out new versions and giving a 3 month period before we decide that the platform is stable enough to avoid conflicts with our current project deadlines and commitments. A fear that prevents most from adapting.
One thing About Us is we have 10 years of technology implementation within the fields of architecture, engineering, interior design, marketing and construction management that help us adapt quickly to new possibilities, trends and developing best practices and procedures.

We try to keep our costs down as much as possible but understand the value in providing a service to you that is more technically appealing.
We can more efficiently analyze building performance and aesthetics design BEFORE construction starts AND without significant cost to you.
How do we continue to stay on top?
We often participate in and emphasize collaborations with other design professionals as well as enter additional design competitions to not only keep our creative approach sharp but to refine our utilization of technology both existing platforms and new ones.

We want to continuously enhance our abilities practicing the tools of our trade.
All the time. Ever when small projects do not require much creative exploration, we seek out additional design competitions to participate in to make more efficient our creative design thinking.
Some other platforms we use regularly
In addition to the software packages at the top of the post:
- Autodesk Revit – Our primary production tool for Building Information Modeling.
- Microsoft Office – Our general company email and document creation suite.
- Adobe Creative Suite – Our visualization suite for animations, presentations, etc.
We also utilize a number of different add-ons, tools and minor programs to help supplement the services we are able to offer you. Making us more effective.
From project management tools such as BillQuick software, SketchUp modeling, to simple sketching programs like Autodesk Sketchbook Pro …
We are always reviewing past projects to find areas of improvement.
This practice ensures that we do not continue to repeat any quality of service for our clients and that we build upon the last to offer the next client an even better experience when visualizing and exploring their design project.
For a few more details on some software packages we use to help us be more efficient:
- SketchUp – is a simple 3D modeling program that is easy to use for conceptual ideas.
- BillQuick – is a robust project management and accounting package for timekeeping, etc.
- Sketchbook Pro – is an application we use for sketching that streamlines into 3D modeling.
