This is actually one of our first Portfolio projects that we had not gotten a chance to post about.
We had a client Contact Us who was looking to catch our Services before we began to take our off in our career. The project was a mudroom addition / sunroom. She wanted it specifically designed to accommodate her daily functions and personal preferences. In addition, it needed to work with existing conditions.
We collaborated with our client on developing several different possible options. Ultimately, the one she had liked was a little more custom to allow additional light and views to the outside.
Schematic and Design Development
We began by getting a sense for what the client had in mind. Then we proceeded to document three different options. These represented the possibilities ranging from more traditional to bringing a more creative approach to the addition.
After communicating via email on several changes and preferences, we managed to come up with a layout and documentation set. The client was happy with it.
