Projects, More Projects And A Flea Market!

Excited to announce we are seeing a lot more inquiries into design and drafting Services lately. I can only assume that after about 2 years of establishment the name is finally getting out in the market. Indeed, we receive many referrals from either past clients or networking events.
Some online requests have also followed from our Houzz page and Yelp as well.
Upcoming Projects
We are VERY excited to be working with a client in Lakeville, MA. They will be taking their 1100sf Cape style house and completely renovating top to bottom. In addition, a major addition will be added onto the side for their growing family.
The project has just begun with discussions on budget and preliminary cost estimation as part of our regular services to our clients. This just provides a sense for its feasibility. It also identifies adjustments early on in the design / planning stage.
Several smaller projects including a garage addition to a commercial facility in Lakeville, MA. There is potentially another in-law suite addition to a house in Bridgewater, MA as well.
Negotiations are also well underway for a fantastic master bathroom renovation. We are hoping to partner with Virginia DesRoches on the interior renovation.
Projects for a complete renovation in New Bedford, MA which the client was gutting the interior and flipping the interior to rent out and repair an old abandoned home is submitted for permitting.
The master bedroom / bathroom addition we designed in Newton, MA has also primarily wrapped up the latest phase of design work. It has ended into contractor bidding for construction.

One project we’re excited about as well is the renovation and repair to the Tiverton Flea Market in Rhode Island. We were brought on board by the client to assist in permitting approvals. This approval is for a multi-phase renovation plan to the facilities.
Becoming Licensed in Rhode Island
This latest project in Tiverton, RI has prompted the transfer of architectural licensure to the state of Rhode Island. We are actively members of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). As such, owner Neil Silva’s registered architect status in Massachusetts can easily be carried over into any other state in the United States.
All be it “easy” meaning filling out paperwork and paying fees and dues, then yes “easy”.
Therefore we can actively engage any potential project within the New England area for Residential or Commercial work.
Certainly for the right project or consultant we could do work elsewhere. We’re also active in California projects and some design conceptualization projects in Michigan.
Neil has over 20 years’ experience on a range of large (15,000 sf) and small (500 sf) residential, non-profit, and commercial projects with a small business focus. He has two kids with his wife, Victoria, and loves family time camping, hiking, and traveling. While he grew up in New England, Neil is a diehard Buffalo Bills fan!
