While this year has seen its share of busy times and delayed productivity with an increase in workload, and a change in operational workflows, we’re excited to say we have settled in with some new talent. Additionally, we have continued to innovate our collaboration tools and more. We did this with a fresh outlook.
8TFive Studio managed to complete several commercial project types and a few new home designs. We also handled our usual renovations and additions we love to help clients through improving their homes.

From a new craftsman home project that had seen its share of complications throughout the process, we finally wrapped up with construction. On the other hand, we had a smooth workflow with new clients. For example, there was a lobby renovation to a popular local banquet hall; Century House in Acushnet.
Completed Projects
We figured it would be easier rather than provide a long list of project descriptions throughout our growing account of residential, commercial and non-profit work. Therefore, we’d just add a gallery of all the new home designs, renovations and additions we’ve completed this year.
With hopefully new post-construction photos to come in the new year, we plan to show projects we originally completed. Now, we can showcase finished photos on these ones.
We saw about two new home designs and many additions and renovations. There was also major demolition to existing buildings. Basically, this amounted to a new build when all is said and done.
We were also lucky enough to partner with three commercial companies for expansion projects of their business operations. As a result, we helped take them to optimizing their physical space.
There are also additional projects not shown below such as a major restaurant renovation to Agostino’s in Natick. We look forward to capturing finished photos after a huge change to the interior design throughout the kitchen and seating area.

Looking Forward to the New Year
As we reflect back upon and improve our services for 2019, we can share some potential projects forth coming. These are in the works that we’re excited to development.
From a 10,000 sf medical complex being designed to a couple of residential projects already underway, we’re seeing this year fill up already. This is especially true with spring projects.
Such as this 3000 sf arcade and axe throwing bar being proposed and developed.
